Innolia is seeking a MarCom manager who can oversee and lead the digital communications platform, including promotional and branding programs. Some of the responsibilities include, but not limited to, developing strong social media presence, launching promotional activities, creating and driving the internal content creation, marketing the brand, using business intelligence tools to enhance the branding of the company and the products.

Qualifications : 6-10 years experience in social media, and digital marketing. Strong proven creative and communication skills.

Innolia is seeking a dynamic, hard-working hardware testing engineer. As a hardware testing engineer, you will work with all instrumentation and tools to develop, test, verify, debug and release the product boards for production. You will work closely with the other technology staff at Innolia, and prior cross-functional experience/skills in design, pcb layout etc is a plus. Previous experience with BMS boards is a plus.

Qualifications : 2-5 yrs industry experience in hardware testing, knowledge and hands-on working with all hardware tools and instrumentation.

Innolia is seeking a diligent and experienced IT administrator to oversee the management of the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing all the IT resources across all the locations of the company, including but not limited to servers, systems, IT equipment, networks, software.

Qualifications : 3-5 years experience in IT administration; strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Innolia is seeking a responsible, hard-working factory manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its 30,000 sq.ft+ manufacturing facility. As a factory manager at Innolia, you will be expected to create and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the engineering and manufacturing teams. You will also lead all factory staff to ensure the targets and standards of various projects are met. In addition, you will be responsible for mitigating manufacturing risks and running production in a fiscally lean manner.

Qualifications : Prior experience in managing mid-sized factories is a plus; Background in the Solar, Battery, and/or Electric Vehicle manufacturing is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and managing large teams.
